Job Title: Design Internship, Tulsa Based (Preferred) or Remote (US BASED)

Role Overview: July Digital Studio is seeking a Design Intern to join our team for Fall 2024! In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of helping our team design engaging content. PLUS work 1:1 with our Canva queen Chloe. We are looking for a creative self-starter who will thrive at a start-up and has the desire and grit to grow.

Company Overview: July Digital Studio is a boutique social media agency located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We specialize in helping businesses grow their social presence. Our team of experts provides a range of services, including social media strategy and management, content creation, paid ads, and branding. We're currently seeking a talented Design Intern to join our team this fall.

Areas of focus: 

• Graphic Design 

Responsibilities:

• Ideating and creating social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.

• Develop social media campaigns and promotions that align with clients' brand objectives and goals.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our clients are using the latest features.

• Work together with team members to align content with social strategies and maintain brand consistency.

• Work closely with our Social Media Graphic Designer. 

• Help conceptualize, design, and develop social media posts and campaigns.

• Create and maintain creative assets for sharing with outside partners. 

• Aid in Branding Projects when needed.

Requirements:

• Must be able to receive credits for the internship

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior at a university or college, working towards, or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator 

• Proficiency in Canva 

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)

• Must be willing to commit 15 hours a week

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their features

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Creative and able to develop unique social media content ideas
